Specially made egg tart from our dearest friend, ylin..... it was really a great pleasure to finally get a taste of her homemade egg tart....the egg tart was of the right consistency...the pastry was just nice and firm (i.e not crumbly) and the middle part was soft and smooth...thanks for making time to bake it for us!!!
