Specially made egg tart from our dearest friend, ylin..... it was really a great pleasure to finally get a taste of her homemade egg tart....the egg tart was of the right consistency...the pastry was just nice and firm (i.e not crumbly) and the middle part was soft and smooth...thanks for making time to bake it for us!!!

it seems like we are all a talented bunch! our mission now is to have everything of food covered (home made style) from appetiser to dessert so when we throw parties, no need for caterer!

she can make other stuff too ie pineapple tarts, choco chip cookie (me fav), kueh kak, yam cake etc etc etc...
